Three ways to book
Casual, semi-permanent and permanent desks, each switchable for your space.
Clashes are impossible
Every booking is checked against every other before it is saved, including the ones admins make.
The details that make the difference.
- A layout members recognise
- On Full Platform, upload your real floor plan and drop desks where they actually are. On Free and Plus, desks appear as clean tiles grouped by area, so nobody waits for a drawing to start booking.
- Only the choices that matter
- Offer casual days only, and members never see the other options. Have one floor, and there is no floor picker. The app shows what you have set up and nothing else.
- Approvals when you want them
- Send permanent and semi-permanent requests to an admin, and let casual days confirm instantly.
