Workspace settings
Homepage media, booking types and time zone, branding, email sender and calendar invites.

Go to Settings in the admin menu. It has five tabs.
General
- Homepage Hero Media: choose a looping Video or a Photo carousel for the home page. Both stay saved, so you can switch at any time. Add a short description to each photo for people using screen readers.
- Stripe Integration: syncs your desks and rooms with Stripe so card payments work. Run it after adding desks or rooms.
Bookings and payments

Existing bookings keep the settings they were booked with.
Card payments are switched on or off for your workspace by the platform team. This tab shows whether they're on.
Branding
- Display name: shown in the menu, emails and invites.
- Logo and Side-menu logo: upload a PNG or SVG.
- Colour palette: change the main colours. The preview shows how the app will look.
Leave a field empty to use the default.
Emails to your members (booking confirmations, invitations, room invites) go out in your organisation's name.
- Emails are sent from: shows the exact sender. By default it reads "Your organisation via Work This Way". To send from your own domain, contact Work This Way. We verify the domain with you first.
- Reply-to address: where member replies land. Leave blank to use the sender address.
- Recent emails: the last 25 emails sent, with a status of Sent, Failed or Not sent (demo). A failed email shows the reason.
Integrations
Calendar invites control the invites sent for meeting room bookings: who they come from, and whether the organiser and guests get them. Invites are sent when a booking is confirmed or approved, and updated or cancelled automatically when it changes.
